Shipping & Returns

The shipping costs are calculated automatically by our website.

Occasionally, NaturHigia creates campaigns for free shipping or discounts through discount coupons and we suggest subscribing to our Newsletter.

All orders placed until 12H noon will be sent on the same business day. Orders placed after 12H noon will be shipped the next business day.

All orders, regardless of the payment method chosen, will only be dispatched after the payment confirmation of them.

Normally all orders will be delivered between Monday and Friday.

We do not ship with a weight of more than 2 kg.

The invoice for your purchase will be sent together with the order for customs and / or tax purposes so we advise you to enter your VAT number in the section of your Customer data.


Shipping by Carrier
In the case of transport being carried out by carrier the orders will be delivered between 1 to 2 business days for Portugal Continental and 3 to 5 business days for the Archipelagos and Islands. This shipping method is not available for Overseas shipments.


Shipping by Post Office (CTT)
In the case of shipment by CTT (registered or green mail), orders will be delivered between:
In Continental Portugal, between 1 and 5 working days;
In the Madeira Archipelago and the Azores, between 5 and 10 working days;
In the European Union (except Portugal), 5-10 business days. (registered mail only);
Rest of the World, approximately 12 business days (does not include time due to customs procedures and/or other logistics procedures in destination countries).

If you are not present at the time of delivery of the order, you will be left with a notification to proceed with the collection of the order at the nearest Post Office station of the designated shipping address. The orders must be lifted up to 5 working days after the delivery attempt at the home, having to present your ID card for the collection of the same.


Pickup at Store
If you have chosen this method, you should go to the physical store to pick up your order only and only after being notified by e-mail or any other form of contact (by phone or sms). Usually delivery is possible on the day of order, unless out of stock.


Returns
You can return your order 14 business days after receipt of the product (s) (according to Article 6 of Decree-Law No. 143/2001 of April 26), after purchase.

However, you must comply with the following conditions:
We do not accept the exchange or return of damaged products that havent been previously communicated to the carrier. At the time of delivery, you should inspect the packaging and the products shipped for damage. If you find that the products are damaged, you must not accept the order delivery, which must be returned.

The return of the product (s) will only be accepted if they are returned in the same conditions as the sale, with the original and complete packaging, without damages or opening signals, adding the invoice and all the offers sent. No refunds will be made for material that has been tampered with or damaged by the Customer or where the Customer has not previously contacted NaturHigia. The costs of returning the products are the responsibility of the Customer.

Returns must be made by registered mail to the address of the physical store of NaturHigia, located at Rua Luis Vaz de Camões, Brandoa Market, Loja 4. 2650-197 Encosta do Sol, Portugal.

If the product presents a defect of transport, the entity responsible for transportation will be held responsible under the law.

After receiving all or part of the ordered products at our premises, we will process them within an average of one week. In case the return is confirmed, you will be refunded the amount paid. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Whenever there is exchange or return of products, whose shipping costs have been supported by us, will be deducted from the amount to be returned €5 relating to the logistical expenses incurred by us.

Whenever there is a return of products paid by Paypal or Multibanco, the respective fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

In accordance with point c) of Article 7 of Decree-Law no. 143/2001, of April 26, products that fall into the following categories are not liable to be returned:
Dermocosmetic;
Food suplements;
Child and adapted nutrition;
Medical devices;


Cancellation of Orders
All orders whose payment has not been made successfully for payment methods by Bank Transfer, ATM or PayPal will be canceled after two working days.

Prior to shipment, Customer may cancel the order of products. If the Customer places an order and intends to cancel it, he must first check the status of the order through the "Order History" menu, if the order status does not mention "Sent", then there is the possibility of canceling the order . For this, the Customer should contact us through our contact form and request the order cancellation.

If the cancellation request is successful, the Customer will be notified by email of this decision and the cancellation will be processed.

If the cancellation request is not possible because the order has already been shipped, the products will be sent to the Customer who, should he maintain his intention to cancel the order, he must refuse to receive the order by activating the return mechanism in the online store.

Upon confirmation of return and receipt of the order, the refund will be processed. Shipping costs are not refunded. If the shipping costs have been supported by us, you will be charged €5 for shipping and handling charges.

Whenever there is a cancellation of orders or return of products paid by Bank Transference, Paypal or Multibanco, the user fee will be discounted at the amount to be refunded.
