Eucalyptus leaves contain active principles that give it antiperspirant and antiseptic properties, useful in cases of asthma, bronchial affections, cough, colds, rhinitis and sinusitis. It is still effective in treating headaches and nasal decongestion.

Usage: Put the contents of 2 tablespoons in a liter of cold water, bring to the boil, boil 4 minutes. After a few minutes infuse, strain and drink 3 cups off the meals. For vapors use 1/3 of this pack in 2 liters and water.
 
Precautions: Pregnant or lactating women should not take eucalyptus tea, as well as children under two years of age either. Associating eucalyptus with sedatives, anesthetics or analgesics is very dangerous, so the best thing to do is ask your doctor if you can take tea to treat your problem before self-medication.
