Propotuss Tablets
With Propolis and Eucalyptus

During the winter, respiratory infections of viral origin predominate that cause the flu and the colds. Although they are commonplace situations, they are an important cause of work absenteeism.

There is often confusion between flu and constipation. Nevertheless, they are very different situations from one another.

Although both are caused by viruses, the flu is sudden and much more debilitating. It manifests with high fever, dry cough, marked fatigue, headaches and muscular. It lasts 1 week and is often complicated, and pneumonia or bronchitis may develop. On the other hand, constipation causes low fevers, and symptoms are located at the throat and nose level, with rare complications lasting 3 to 5 days.

To pass this period as best as possible it is crucial to help the body to be prepared, reinforcing its natural defenses.

Viruses involved in colds and flu spread through the secretions of the nose and mouth, through coughs and sneezes and the handling of contaminated objects. Thus, adopting some appropriate behaviors may contribute to a lesser spread of viruses, such as: coughing or sneezing should be done on a tissue; wash your hands with soap and water after you cough or sneeze and avoid being indoors with too many people.
