How to use:
2 capsules 3 times daily, after meals. should not exceed the recommended dosage.
 
Precautions:
Not recommended for young people under 18 years of age. In case of surgery, you should inform your health care provider. Individuals with hyperparathyroidism or renal insufficiency should only consume calcium supplements (naturally present in shark cartilage) after consulting a health care provider.
