The Stress is caused by a mismatch between the individual and the work either by relationship problems, the presence of psychological or physical violence in the workplace or even the existence of conflicts between the individual's role at the workplace and/or outside.

The Stress can also be caused by anxiety and depression due to the sudden change in lifestyle and exposure to a particular environment, which leads a person to feel a certain kind of anguish. When symptoms of Stress persist for a long period of time, feelings of avoidance (related to anxiety and depression) may occur. Our defense mechanisms do not respond effectively, thereby increasing the possibility of forecoming diseases, especially cardiovascular ones.

The Stress is also responsible for triggering a series of factors that affect mortality - you can lose a year of your life for every truly exhausting event that you face as serious accidents or other problems or crisis.
This happens because when the individual feels in Stress, your brain perceives danger and reacts triggering various mechanisms of your body - releasing Epinephrine and increasing your heart rate and blood pressure, for example, besides releasing hormone of Stress called Cortisol.
This process is very useful when you have to face a threat, but if the Stress exists for a long term, can begin to be harmful to the body. For example, Cortisol causes the nerve cells to absorb calcium; whether these cells get saturated with calcium, emit signals too often and die - got literally excited to death.

Dosage:
Maximum 1 tablet every second day.

Warning:
