It has properties similar to sweet fennel and anise (pimpinella anisum L), and should not be confused with it, although it also contains anethole as an active ingredient. It has digestive effect like the others, but much more concentrated. Indicated to treat spasms of the stomach, intestine, uterus and vesicle, it also ends up with gas and colic, aiding in any problem related to digestion.

Way of preparing:
Put the contents of 1 tablespoon in a liter of cold water, bring to the boil and boil 3 minutes, after a few minutes infuse of coar and drink 1 cup after the main meals.
