Composition per 100 grams: ash (40 g), celery (20 g), horsetail (20 g), watercress (10 g), alfavaca (10 g).
How to prepare: Put 3 tablespoons of these plants in a liter of cold water, bring to the boil and allow to boil 3 minutes, after a few minutes in brewing and drink 3 to 4 cups a day, preferably outside of meals.
